PAVILION LIVING

As part of our Tailored Health Care program we offer 3 main components of Home and Community Based Services which affects almost all seniors regardless of income, health and age. Adult Day Health Care and Supportive Services are plans that are offered to clients that are currently living independently or living with family. These programs offer seniors the services they need without needing to move into a facility. Our Assisted Living program offers clients a safe and secure environment with 24/7 care that is designed to keep seniors out of the nursing home.
